Engineering Manager
- To Manage machine maintenance in Ice-cream, Wafer Cone and Cooltrain Line in order to prompt to run the production
- All public utility works of the factory such as electrical systems, steam systems, wind systems, water distribution systems, ventilation systems
- Responsible for the quality of bile Paid for the production process Steam generator Chiller
- Planning annual preventive maintenance in order to machine always prompt to use
- To manage the maintenance under the budget provided and efficiency
- To provide training plan in order to train to engineering staff to have enough knowledge
- Surveying the response area to find point for improvement as the principle of engineering or as the daily requested by production
- Improving the machine under response to available for use all the time
- To perform the job to comply with the law concerned with job responsibility
- To create the preventive maintenance program to be effective
- Manage employees in the responsible section to have consistently higher work efficiency
- Male 32 -35 years old of age
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
- Experience require at least 5 years in food manufacturing /industry
- Experience in controlling large scale coolers, especially those using ammonia
- Can do attitude and work under pressure.
Planning Officer
- Planning & scheduling the production in accordance with the customers need.
- Monitoring the document to comply with the quality system.
- Reporting the production output both of domestic and export products
- Planning monthly report
- 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree on Statistic /Industrial Management or related.
- Experience at least 3 years on the position especially manufacturing field/food industry.
- English communication ability will be considered.
Production Section Head
- Daily production management base on production plan.
- Producing the product follow the plan to achieve target.
- Training to employee to perform their job well done.
- Controlling personal hygiene as food safety regulation in all response area.
- Managing all tasks be comply with the company standard was implemented.
- Performing the job to achieve the department KPI.
- Male / Female age 28-33 years up of age
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science
- Minimum 5years experience in food manufacturing especially dairy product, ready to eat
- Good knowledge in GMP / HACCP / ISO 9000 or ISO 22000
- English communication level is required
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office, Word, excel, Powder
- Knowledge in milk or ice-cream processing
- Can do attitude
- Good management skill
- Can work on Saturday
Production Supervisor
- Daily production management base on production plan
- Producing the product follow the plan to achieve target
- Training to employee to perform their job well done.
- Controlling personal hygiene as food safety regulation in all response area
- Managing all tasks be comply with the company standard was implemented.
- Performing the job to achieve the department KPI.
- Not over 35 years old of age
- Bachelor’s Degree on Food Science or related with food
- At least 3 years experience for supervisor level on daily product or ready meal are required
- Food standard knowledge & certificate are required
- English communication level is necessary
- Can work on shift
